Jimmie. L. Williams, III was elected to a 4-year term in November 2009. He is holding Council Seat #4, which includes the Southwest area. Councilman Williams holds an Associate in Arts degree in Accounting from Keiser University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance & Organizational Management from Warner Southern College and a Master of Divinity in New Testament, Philosophy and Theology, from Turner Theological Seminary. Councilman Williams has been a Senior Pastor at Greater New Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church since November 2006.
Councilman Williams and his wife, Sheranda live in Homestead and have one son.
