Utility Bills

Electric and Water meters are read on scheduled monthly cycles. Bills for all utilities are due within 25 days of the billing date. If you would like to review your account information, please have your account number ready and click here for our online system.

• By Mail - P.O Box 31576 Tampa, Florida 33631-3576 - Checks & Money Orders ONLY, No Cash.
• Western Union authorized payment centers: Authorized List or call (305) 224-4888
• Payment depositories: Located just south of the Customer Service parking lot, and near the entrance of the Customer Service Building. Checks & Money Orders ONLY, No Cash.

Connection / Reconnection Policy

All connection/ reconnection of utility service(s) will be completed within one (1) business day of receipt of payment. Meter sets will be completed within two (2) business days.
